Investment Director will be responsible for all aspects of investment process for a private equity fund- deal origination, valuation, deal structuring, execution and managing the investment. The position will report directly to the Managing Partner responsible for Fund Management. Investment Director is a member of a small team, who finds, develops, defines, and closes equity investments in order to meet strategic needs and objectives of the fund. Main Responsibilities are: Identifying and screening potential deals and equity investments; Advising management about the merits of potential deals; Develop comprehensive financial and strategic analysis of an investment case; Provide active support to investee companies in various fields as per requirements; Obtaining internal agreement on negotiating positions and strategies; Ensuring that the terms of any deal make business sense; Acting as part of the external negotiating team; Responsible for deals from initiation through closing, and post-closing monitoring; Review and analyze possible exit strategies for the investment always aiming at contributing to the long term investment goals and at generating financial returns. Profile. In respect of the candidate profile: Fluent spoken and written English and Russian are a must; MBA or equivalent degree, probably with focus on Economics or Finance; CFA/CPA/ACCA or additional qualification is a benefit; Minimum of five years of experience in the Venture Capital or Private Equity industry, with direct experience of deal structuring and negotiating; Ability to identify, recognize and/or create potential investment opportunities for the company; Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously; Strong project management and analytical skills; Excellent communication and presentation skills; The person should be independent, a self-starter and a business developer.
